This thing sits at the intersection of Burt Reynolds, pro wrestling, and a fictitious movie called Gangstas In Space. This is an open-world action-adventure game in which players assume the role of a criminal syndicate known as the Saints. You get all the DLC, plus the usual visuals upgrades, and optimisation for newer hardware. Between the base game, and extras that were put out post-release, there’s a lot of wild action-adventure game to sink into. If you haven’t played Saints Row: The Third, or just not since 2013, this remaster is a pretty ideal package. This is par the course for the Epic Games Store and Steam, as Epic’s strategy has been to pay lump sums to have timed or complete exclusivity on any new game, or upcoming game‘s time on PC. The account replied with a simple release date of May 22, meaning exactly one year after it came out on Epic.

When you spend upwards of a fifty bucks on a game, it should work correctly no matter what system it’s on. It’s sad that something like this has to be noteworthy news. Volition says it will “be at the same level of playability as the console versions.”
The game is being developed in-house by Volition rather than handled by an exterior firm.
“As many of our PC fans are probably aware, the Saints Row 2 port on PC could’ve been a lot better,” said the studio. “ Saints Row: The Third on PC is not a port, and it’s our goal here at Volition to prove that to our PC fans … Highlights include AMD Eyefinity support, DX9, DX10, and DX11 support, Crossfire enabled, SLI enabled, advanced depth of field, reflections, and ambient occlusion quality, and, of course, God Rays.” Volition has recognized that the PC version of Saints Row 2 was generally considered outright garbage, and has promised that Saints Row: The Third won’t saddle computers with a shoddy port job.
